1. At the distribution nodes of FTTx (Fiber to the x) networks, technicians often face challenges such as cramped enclosure space, chaotic fiber management, and difficult maintenance. The 6-core fiber distribution box perfectly resolves these issues through innovative structural design.
2. Flip-style distribution tray: The enclosure features a white, circular, flip-style distribution tray. When splicing feeder cables and drop cables, technicians can flip the tray upward to access the workspace beneath. Feeder cables can be routed using the “cup-joint” method; splicing and fiber management operations do not interfere with each other, significantly boosting maintenance efficiency.
3. Independent routing channels: The box is designed with precision black cable management slots and securing clips. Optical cables, pigtails, and patch cords each have dedicated paths without mutual interference, effectively maintaining the fiber bend radius and minimizing signal attenuation.
4. High-density capacity: Despite its compact dimensions (186 x 116 x 41 mm), the unit supports up to 6 SC ports using snap-in SC adapters.
5. Superior safety protection: A laser warning label is clearly visible on the transparent flip cover, and the base is equipped with black waterproof rubber plugs and wall-mounting holes. With no dielectric breakdown or flashover, it offers exceptional safety for use in lightning-prone areas or near high-voltage cables.
